  • New Cherokee Principal Announced

    The Board of Education has approved the appointment of Jeffrey McHugh as the new Cherokee Principal, effective July 1, 2015. Mr. McHugh comes to Lake Forest from Arlington Heights School District 25 where he has served in a variety of roles since 2001.

  • Time to Order 2015-16 School Supplies

    The APT is coordinating an online school supply ordering service that allows parents to purchase school supplies for the 2015-16 school year. School-Pak, Inc. provides this service for our district based on the District 67 developed list for the 2015-16 school year. This program is sponsored by the APT, is totally optional, and is meant for your convenience and ease. Order by June 10 to receive our district volume discount and free school delivery.

    District personnel administered a climate survey to students, staff, and parents in January/February 2015. The goal of this survey was to measure the shared perceptions of the school community and learning environment. Thank you to all who participated in this important survey.
