    Food Allergens

The top eight allergens in each food item will be visibly listed on each menu for students as they decide on their meal purchases. Visible icons will consistently inform students when and if a food item contains one of these eight allergens.

Nutrition Information is also available for Specials at www.QuestfmsNutrition.com.

Lake Forest High School Kitchen Allergen Statement

Lake Forest Dining Services take serving guests with food allergies very seriously.  We read labels, follow the food service industries best practices on cross-contamination and cross-contact, and we work closely with our vendor partners to have the most up-to-date information on product ingredients.
We are committed to working to the best of our abilities to provide food allergic guests with the safest possible dining experience.  To that end, we feel that it is important to communicate to our guests that foods and ingredients containing the 8 major allergens (milk/dairy, eggs, soy, seafood, shellfish, wheat/gluten, peanuts, tree nuts) are prepared in our kitchens.
If you have questions about options for you, or a food allergic guest, please contact: rebecca.cohen@questfms.com.

Lake Forest School District 115 is pleased to provide our families a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service to deposit money into your child's school meal account www.mySchoolBucks.com.
By having money in each student's account prior to entering the school cafeteria, the lunch lines will move along more quickly allowing your student more time to relax, eat and be with friends. Students will swipe their ID at the lunch line, the cashier will verify the student's identity and the account will be debited.

This service also provides you the ability to view your child's account balance, and print out a copy of your child's eating history report. The history report will show you all dates and times that your child has purchased a lunch within the past thirty days.
