The Scouts earned a trip to the final four with a 3-0 victory over GBS. The Scouts offense maintained possession for the majority of the game, earning 15 offensive corners during the game. The Scout defense not only posted a shutout, but the GBS offense was not able to register a shot attempt during the contest. A strong effort from both sides of the ball will help prepare the Scouts for the remaining two games of their season.

Lake Forest 2 - North Shore Country Day 1

Lake Forest opened on Varsity field against a very talented North Shore Country Day team, who finished the 2016 season fourth in the state and are looking to build on that this year. The game was close from the start, and neither team was ever able to pull away. The game was highly contested even in the closing seconds.

The Scouts' defense was able to withstand the very dynamic and aggressive offense of North Shore Country Day. The strong defensive play was anchored by Sarah Considine, Charlotte Domittner, and Natalie Notz. Both Lake Forest and North Shore Country Day will be teams to watch as the 2017 season continues.
