Posting Content on District Channels

Lake Forest Schools will consider posting content on its communication channels that falls into the following categories:

Another public or private school, governmental entity, or community-based organization
-
A non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that offers district-related, non-profit events, initiatives, and/or performances

Community athletic or youth organizations
To Submit Your Information for Consideration:
- Provide a brief description of your activity or event, along with a link to your website or location where the information is posted to communications@lfschools.net by Tuesday at 5:00 pm to be included in that week's school newsletters (bi-weekly 411 Wednesday newsletters and weekly Friday newsletters). To be posted on the website, please submit at your convienence.
- Once approved, the information will be posted on our website for the duration of the program
- Content must be non-sectarian, non-political, and may not promote a fundraising activity unless the activity is school-sponsored or directly benefits our schools.
The decision to distribute information or provide links to websites that are not part of Lake Forest Schools is at the discretion of District administrators. The District is not responsible for the content and accessibility of external websites linked onto the District’s website. External websites are the sole property of such websites, and the content and accessibility of external websites are the sole responsibility of the entity or entities in control of the content and administration of such websites.
