Due to the forecast for extended rain and dropping temperatures, tonight’s Varsity Field Flicks showing of Hotel Transylvania has been canceled. Our thanks to everyone who planned to join us. We look forward to welcoming you to Varsity Field in the future.

 

Join Us for Movie Nights on LFHS Varsity Field

You are invited for a one-of-a-kind movie night experience—right on the turf at Varsity Field! Bring a blanket, lawn chairs, your family and friends, and enjoy an evening under the stars surrounded by community and Scout spirit.

The movie will be projected on our digital scoreboard. Families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and grab a spot on the field or in the bleachers. Guests are welcome to bring picnic dinners or enjoy a variety of food, snacks, treats, and soft drinks available for purchase from local food trucks and LFHS Booster Club concessions.

Halloween costumes are encouraged, but please note that all school rules still apply.*

Weather and Safety Updates
Our team will continue to monitor conditions closely, and if the outlook changes, we’ll alert our community.

• In the event of a sudden storm, the movie will end for everyone’s safety.
• Attendees will be asked to evacuate the field and depart West Campus.
  If lightning occurs, our team will direct everyone into the building to take shelter.
• Once conditions are safe, attendees will be guided to exit West Campus.

Please Note
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following are prohibited at Varsity Field:

– Pets or other animals (except certified service animals)
– Open flames (including grills, fire pits, or candles)
– Tent stakes or any items with spikes
– Vehicles of any kind on the field, including e-bikes, bicycles, scooters, or skateboards
– Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products
– Glass containers
– Drones or other aerial devices

Guests are asked to help us take care of the turf for our fall athletes. Please dispose of trash and recyclables properly to keep the field clean for all. Come early, come hungry, and get ready for a magical evening under the stars!

*For safety reasons, Halloween costumes with masks or full face coverings are not allowed. Additionally, weapons, toy guns, items resembling guns, fake blood, or anything that glorifies violence are not permitted.
