The entire school environment—including classroom education, physical education, and meal service—is designed to align with healthy school goals, encouraging good nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness. School staff are also encouraged to model these habits in daily life.
The Wellness Program, a state-mandated, fitness-based program for grades 1-8, is also extended to kindergarten students in District 67. The curriculum focuses on:

At the middle school level, physical education includes:
- Circuit training
- Strength training
- Heart rate training
