Calling all readers and writers! Join the LFHS Library for our Author Visit on 4/22
The Library will be hosting author Joelle Charbonneau, author of The Testing trilogy and her current thriller, Time Bomb, on Monday, April 22nd. Students interested in participating in one or more of her events will need to get a permission slip in the Library. 2nd period she'll be giving a presentation and Q&A session in the DMT, 11:00-12:00 you can join her for lunch provided by the library (capped at 20 students), and during 6th and 7th periods she'll be hosting writing workshop sessions in the library classrooms. Pick up your permission slip in the library today!

The LFHS Foundation luncheon and silent auction is April 17, but the online auction is open now, launching with TWO on-campus parking spaces for any student and other incredible offerings. Women's Club will hold their last meeting of the year on Tuesday, April 23rd at 7:45am in the DMT.
Environmental Club invites you to join us in celebrating Earth Week next week! Each day has a theme to raise awareness throughout the week. We will be selling reusable water bottles and stickers all week during lunches. Water bottles are $15 and stickers are $2. All proceeds go to environmental charities.
Wear Green Monday - Show your colors to support a greener world.
Take a hike Tuesday - Walk to/from school, walk your pet, or walk someplace else you need to go to save resources and the air.
Water bottle Wednesday - make sure to bring and use your reusable water bottle, if you don't have one, buy one from us and help clean up the ocean in the process!
Thrifted clothes Thursday - wear recycled, repurposed clothing to save waste and money. Go to the Thrift Shop or Goodwill with your friends, borrow from siblings, or even your parents!
Free plant Friday - Enviro Club gives away plants during lunch hours to promote growing your own food and improving air quality for us all.
LINK CREW -Is looking for current sophomores and current juniors to be Link Crew Leaders for the fall of 2019. Applications are available at bit.do/LINK2019 and will be due by 5/1 at 3:30pm.
