LFHS Foundation November Events –

·         Le Blowout Bar November special: 10% discount on any service and 15% off for any new color customer, and 10% will be donated to LFHS Foundation!

·         Visit Celeste Beauty in Highwood during November and a portion of each eyebrow thread, eyebrow tint and face threading will be donated to LFHS Foundation.

Art Club meets Mondays from 3:30-4:30 in the Digital Arts Lab (Room 51).  The Digital Arts Lab is located across from the Technology Help Desk. Illinois Math League (IML) has a math contest Tuesday after school in Rm. 287.  Ask your math teacher for details.

Scout Nation meets Tuesday right after school in Wedge Cafe until around 4! Come join us and create school spirit!! Anyone is welcome!   

Human Rights Clubour club meets every other Tuesday and the next meeting is Tuesday, November 20th in room 380 at 3:20 pm. Contact: Mrs. McKee kmckee@lfschools.net


ESPORTS TEAM -Open Play after school Wednesday 3:30-5. Come and get some practice in before tryouts and work on leveling up your account and unlocking champions. Practice communication skills and strategies with future teammates.


Alliance -- This week at Alliance we will be doing Thanksgiving arts and crafts!  Stop by Alliance for fun and food -- room 364 after school on Thursday.  Alliance is the gender & sexuality diversity group at Lake Forest, and we provide a safe and welcoming place for LGBTQ+ students and allies.

EmbRACE meets the second and last Thursday of each month in the Wedge Cafe across from the Thrift Shop. EmbRACE is a racial diversity club OPEN TO ALL students interested in building community, developing racial consciousness, and advancing racial justice. Contact Amy Lyons at alyons@lfschools.net .

Young Writers- If you love creative writing and/or reading teen writing, come to YOUNG IDEA, the club for young writers! We meet every Thursday after school in the Publick Room! Contact: mdukats@lfschools.net

Hack Club- Thursdays after school in Room 287. We welcome all students who have an interest in learning to code. No prior experience needed! We are a student-led club dedicated to fostering the hacker culture by building projects like websites, apps, and games. For more info, contact Mr. Mergl at jmergl@lfschools.net.
