Facilities

The District 67 and 115 Facilities Department is charged with providing a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for students to learn and our staff to work.

The Facilities Department is responsible for all five District 67 and 115 school buildings as well as the West Campus Administrative Center. Facilities Department is responsible for the overall physical condition of the facilities and the Director works closely with the Boards of Education, building principals, and the District Architect of Record to determine and prioritize building needs, healthy and safety requirements, and capital projects. Maintenance repairs are typically accomplished by District custodians and maintenance staff, while larger projects are completed by outside contractors.

Facilities Department is also responsible for working with the Regional Office of Education in completing all health, life and safety inspections checklists, energy management and conservation issues, indoor air quality, and facility usage.
