Assistant Superintendents

Dr. Georgia serves as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. In this role, Dr. Georgia is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all Human Resources components of the District 67 and 115 strategic plans, serving on the Superintendent’s Cabinet leadership team.

Dr. Fitzsimmons serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching, Learning, and Accountability. In this role, Dr. Fitzsimmons oversees and coordinates all aspects of elementary, middle, and high school curriculum, instruction, and assessment, serving on the Superintendent’s Cabinet leadership team. 

Ms.Tjardes serves as Assistant Superintendent of Business Services/CSBO and is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed CSBO with more than 12 years of experience in school business management. She brings a strong track record in managing school budgets, overseeing financial operations, and aligning resources with district goals. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership, deep understanding of school finance, and commitment to operational excellence in support of teaching and learning.
