Commitment

The Student Services Department is dedicated to supporting all learners' academic, social emotional and behavioral needs and fostering academic and social emotional growth.  We provide a variety of supports through our multi-tiered systems of support as well as more intensive support through 504 services and special education.

The Student Services Department includes special education teachers, school psychologists, social workers, speech pathologists and nurses, homebound services, and teaching assistants.

Intergovernmental Agreement

Lake Forest High School District 115 and Lake Forest School District 67 entered an Intergovernmental Agreement regarding student records to facilitate the matriculation of students from Lake Forest School District 67 to Lake Forest High School District 115.  The agreement allows the districts to share personally identifiable information about students who anticipate enrolling in the high school prior to graduation.  Such personally identified information includes, but is not limited to, grades, attendance, student discipline records, student health records, special education records, and all other information in the student’s temporary records.

The complete temporary and permanent school student records for students in the 8th grade graduating class in Lake Forest School District 67, including those who have transferred or otherwise withdrawn within the time period of five years prior to the 8th grade graduation of the student’s respective class and whose records have not been formally transferred to another district, shall be transferred to the custody of Lake Forest High School District 115 upon the student’s graduation from Lake Forest School District 67.

For questions, please contact the Records Custodian, Mr. Jordan Salus at jsalus@lfschools.net
