MISSION
Our goal is to teach girls basic sewing skills with special attention to the virtues particularly associated with needle art such as planning, orderliness, attention to detail, etc.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each student will have use of a sewing machine, and all the tools and materials necessary to complete a simple sewing project. Midway through the class each day, the students will have a refreshment break with a brief talk on the “virtue of the Day” along with a little time for socializing and making new friendships.
FRIDAY’S PRESENTATION
At the close of the week, the girls will host a presentation of their projects for their family and friends. Make sure you plan to attend.
