Illinois Education Association Statewide Student Art Show at Everett

Last spring, Osten Bien, a fourth grade student from Everett Elementary, was chosen to be a part of the Illinois Art Education Association Statewide Student Art Show and the IAEA chose Everett to display the art for the month of December!

"The Illinois Art Education Association is so proud to present 45 outstanding pieces of kindergarten - 12th grade student artwork chosen as the best of the best by 9 judges out of 581 exceptional pieces of K - 12th grade student artwork submitted by Illinois Art Teachers!

This Student Art Show spans the months of May 2023-August 2024, and debuted at our 75th Annual IAEA Conference, Q Center, St. Charles.

These Student Artists and their Art Teachers were honored at our IAEA Statewide Student Art Show Award Ceremony and Reception Saturday, October 21st.

This Student Art Show will now travel to locations around Illinois from November 2023 through August 2024.

Our IAEA Mission is to advocate for K-12th Art Education in all schools in Illinois."
