Please join the City of Lake Forest for the Deerpath Community Park Showcase on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the new and improved park. 

Step up to the plate at Deerpath Community Park! Join us to celebrate this fantastic amenity with the community on Saturday, May 4, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm! A morning packed with activities for all ages will include an athletic obstacle course, open field play, a guided walk at 10:30 am, face painting, balloon artists, speed, and agility drills with a personal trainer, and more. 

Don’t miss our PLAY BALL Scavenger Hunt! Complete the hunt during the event to be entered in our raffle for the chance to win prizes, which include VIP Tickets to the July 4th Festival & Fireworks, Recreation Program Gift Card, Chicago Cubs Tickets, and gift cards from local businesses. Concessions will be open, so stop by for Stan’s Donuts, hot dogs, snacks, and more surprises!
