Dr. Matthew L. Montgomery

Dr. Montgomery's career in education began as a high school science teacher in Canfield, Ohio. He later served as principal at Waterloo Middle and High Schools, and in 2013, he became the Superintendent of Waterloo Local School District, emphasizing STEM education. In 2015, he moved to Revere Local School District, implementing strategic plans, community initiatives, and overseeing major capital projects. In 2021, he assumed leadership roles in Lake Forest School Districts 67 and 115 in Illinois, focusing on strategic development and a major funding referendum. A proponent of lifelong learning, Dr. Montgomery is also the Lead Superintendent for Cohort and Partner Connections with the School Superintendents Association (AASA), co-chairs the AASA STEM Leadership Consortium, and imparted his knowledge as a past instructor at the graduate level at the American College of Education.

 

Ainsley Harris

Ainsley Harris is a senior writer at Fast Company. She has written about technology, innovation, and finance for the past 10 years, including four cover stories. Previously, she worked in a variety of strategy and product roles after starting her career at McKinsey & Company. She graduated from Williams College and holds a master’s degree in creative technology from ITP, the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University. Ms. Harris is a 2002 graduate of Lake Forest High School.

 

Dr. Davis Schneiderman

Davis Schneiderman, Executive Director of the Krebs Center for the Humanities and Professor of English, previously held leadership roles at Lake Forest College. His current focus involves advancing humanities teaching and scholarship, particularly highlighting the humanities' relevance in the age of artificial intelligence. With over 10 books, Schneiderman explores contemporary themes like the intersection of humanities and AI, copyright issues, digital plagiarism, and remix culture. Engaged in projects related to William S. Burroughs, he contributes globally, presenting and performing in various countries. Schneiderman's diverse contributions include journalism featured in Harpers.org and The Chicago Tribune, along with extensive interviews, notably as a long-time contributor to The Huffington Post.

 

Brian Martin

Brian Martin is the Head of AI in Information Research and a Research Fellow at global biopharmaceutical company AbbVie. Brian is a founding member of the QuPharm Alliance and helped organize the Pistoia Alliance/QED-C/QParc Quantum COI. Prior to working at AbbVie, he led and helped to found the AI practice for a consulting company, Publicis Sapient and was the lead architect of the Common Securitization Platform for the US GSE Common Securitization Solutions. Prior to his time as a consultant, Brian spent over a decade leading technology efforts in software and hardware for high-frequency and proprietary trading organizations.

 

Jordan Salus

Since 2017, Jordan Salus has dedicated his expertise as the Chief Technology Officer for Lake Forest School Districts 67 & 115. With more than 2 decades of experience in advancing technology within public schools, he earned his Masters in School Business from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, Jordan contributes to the educational community as a school board member for Aptakisic-Tripp District 102.
